Zhong Shi Ji Whisky

This whisky is a collaboration between Diageo's Scotch Whisky blender Craig Wallace and Chinese Baijiu master at the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, Zhou Xinhu. Zhong Shi Ji is distilled in Scotland but the maturation occurs in China (so it's not a scotch whisky).
